I am based in the US and was planning to propose to my girlfriend during our trip to Los Cabos. I was truly fortunate that I came across Fatima’s blog post and later decided to use her service. She and her colleagues are extremely professional.

Starting from our first zoom chat, I can feel that Fatima is putting all her heart into the proposal. She prepared a number of plans for me to choose from and she was so knowledgeable about the field that she was able to point out a lot of pros and cons of each plan.

After we finalized the plan, Fatima kept me in the loop the entire time. She visited the venue in person and sent me videos to check my thoughts. She and her team also provided me a very detailed timeline for the important day. It’s truly flawless.

And on the day of the proposal, everything is perfect. The setup was gorgeous, and photographer and videographer were amazing and the venue was exactly the same as I imagined - extremely private yet astonishingly beautiful.

Before we left for dinner, Fatima told me that “it’s difficult to put trust on someone you never met for lifetime event like this. It’s even more difficult when we are in different countries. I always aim to do my best to deliver what customers asked for and I hope you are happy with everything today”. I’d like to say, yes we are happy with everything. We gave Fatima an impossible task, to plan our ceremony in 1 week after our original venue closed due to an emergency. She drew up the perfect ceremony for us, handled all of the details with her strong network of vendors, and made sure to incorporate our feedback every step of the way. We met a few different Cabo wedding planners but ended up choosing Momentos because we were so impressed with our initial interactions with Fatima. She was incredibly knowledgeable and her passion for wedding planning was evident. We also love that they are a female founded business. Ivet, our wedding planner was equally as impressive.  She was truly amazing to work with and assisted us through the process from beginning to end. She scheduled frequent video calls and was available over text and email to understand our vision and execute on it.  She was thorough, very experienced, and attentive.  She made sure every aspect of the wedding was considered. She did this all in only 9 months! They helped us choose the perfect venue and were cognizant of our budget. They have established relationships with only the best venues and vendors in Cabo who provide high quality work and superb customer service.  We trusted and loved working with Ivet and Fatima so much that we chose Floral Studio by Momentos for our flowers, and we were ecstatic with how they turned out. During our site visit, pre-wedding days and wedding day the entire Momentos team was prepared, professional and executed the event precisely. We had a family emergency the week of the wedding and Ivet showed such kindness and empathy and handled all the logistics related to that. Fatima and her team at Momentos are best in class! 12 out of 10! They helped us plan the wedding weekend of our dreams down to every last detail and ensured the 3 days of 4 events went off without a hitch.

Reasons Momentos is a GREAT planner. They:
- Genuinely get to know their clients, they totally got the vibe we were going for with each event and then could contribute ideas accordingly
- Came to planning meetings prepared with agenda, updates, and thoughtful questions. These ladies get stuff done and provide creatives solutions.
- Have strong attention to detail
- Advocated for and with us when vendors tried to change original agreements and expectations (context: Momentos wasn’t  our original planner but agreed to step in and clean up a mess made by our prior planner - godsends!!!)
-  instilled trust, understood our expectations, relieved stress and executed on our vision
- Have relationships with some of the best vendors in the Cabo area and share their knowledge, insights and opinions to help you make informed decisions. They also helped sourced great new vendors as we’d dream up new ideas like a balloon installation for the disco pool party or churro cart that photographed well and authentic stoves to make quesadillas for our reception’s late night snack.

We highly recommend Fatima and Momentos if you’re looking to bring the event of your dreams to reality. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about the perfection that was our wedding weekend and it going so well is due in great part to Momentos. We got married at Sunset Mona Lisa in April 2024 and contracted Momentos Wedding & Events to plan our welcome dinner and reception. We were incredibly fortunate to get Ivet Cossio as our planner, and she did not disappoint! From our very first meeting, Ivet reassured me that she was there to bring my vision to life and took the time to get to know me and my personal style. Over the next 12 months, we had various check-in calls over zoom and leveraged a really helpful planning tool to keep everything very organized. By the time our wedding week arrived, Ivet made sure all the details were finalized so we could just enjoy time with family and friends and prepare for what ended up being one of the best nights of our lives. While we ended up going over budget, it was worth every penny. The final results were even better than I had envisioned and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how every single detail was so beautiful and unique. I would highly recommend Momentos and Ivet for any bride planning a destination wedding in Cabo! Coming up on 11 years past our special day, and we still vividly remember how wonderful our wedding and related events were, and we acknowledge that it would not have to come together so well were it not for Fatima. She is AWESOME! Even coordinating the entire wedding remotely, from Cincinnati, OH, with Fatima in Mexico, she was always responsive, available, and willing to do whatever it took to satisfy our needs, and our wants. All of our events (welcome party, rehearsal dinner, and wedding/cocktail hour/reception) all went off without even the slightest hitch. She worked her magic and made everything look easy, though we know certain things were difficult to pull off. She recommended quality vendors, negotiated on our behalf to get the best possible prices, and ensured that they all performed/provided their services as expected. She was very warm, sincere, and friendly for the full duration of her service to us. We really can’t say or thank Fatima enough for the wonderful job she did coordinating our wedding. If you are looking for a wedding planner for a destination Cabo wedding then look no further! Fatima Falcon and her team of professionals will give you the wedding of your dreams.
My husband and I were definitely blessed to have Fatima coordinate our wedding. We first found her on WeddingWire and started to communicate via phone and email about a year before the event. She was very prompt when we had questions and was always reassuring,my husband and I visited Cabo where we first met Fatima in person. While there, Fatima showed us potential venues and also introduced us to her preferred vendors (Florist, DJ, etc). When we met with the Florist or the DJ, or venue staff each was very professional and Fatima made sure that we knew that we were in good hands. We visited again in couple months before the wedding date and Fatima was there every step of the way.We highly recommend you visit Cabo before the wedding; perhaps twice if your schedule can accommodate. When we arrived during wedding week we met with Fatima to flush out the final details. She provided us an itinerary breaking down the schedule of wedding day and was everywhere and everything you would want from a wedding coordinator. She kept us on schedule during rehearsal walkthrough and helped to set up during our guest welcome reception. And when wedding day arrived it all came together exactly how we anticipated and the event was absolutely flawless! When my husband and I see our friends and family who attended the wedding it is a conversation starter. They were very impressed with the planning and all that was put together to make it happen. To this day my husband and I still get text messages and/or phone calls about how much our guests enjoyed our wedding event.
