We worked with Fatima to plan our wedding in San José del Cabo in April this year. She helped us with everything, from organizing the room block to coordinating the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and party. We truly had the time of our lives and didn’t have to worry about a single thing. From the music to the food, every detail was perfect, and Fatima’s team handled all the logistics so we could fully be present and enjoy our celebration. We had the most incredible experience working with our wedding coordinator Fatima, for our vow renewal ceremony in Cabo. From the very beginning, she was organized, responsive, and truly understood our vision for a beautiful beach celebration. Every single detail was handled seamlessly—from vendor coordination to décor, timelines, and even last-minute adjustments. She made the entire process completely stress-free, which allowed us to fully enjoy time with our family and friends. On the day of the event, everything came together flawlessly. It was truly a perfect event—beautifully set up, perfectly timed, and executed with such care and precision. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing. If you’re planning a destination or beach ceremony, I highly recommend her. She goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about making your event unforgettable. If you are looking for wedding planners in Cabo, look no further! Ivet, Fatima and everyone at Momentos made our dream wedding come true, and they made the planning process a breeze. They know the venues, they know the vendors, and they were such a tremendous team to have in our corner during planning and on wedding day. We got so much kind feedback from our friends and family about how smoothly not only the wedding went, but the entire week. Ivet is an absolute rockstar. We were fortunate enough to travel to Cabo early for 2 site visits, both of which Ivet accompanied us on. She answered all of our questions, made helpful suggestions, and thoroughly walked us through all of our options allowing us to always make informed decisions. During planning & design meetings, Ivet was always so helpful when we needed any guidance. She was also kind enough to provide some insight and guidance for an event we decided to plan with our friends and family the day after our wedding. We had monthly zoom meetings to check in, and Ivet was always so prepared with our meeting topics. The online planning tool Momentos uses makes planning and budgeting so easy, and Ivet did an amazing job of always being conscious of our budget. They provide a VERY detailed checklist from 12+ months up to day-of with tasks you would never even think of, and I absolutely loved having that available. Seeing our visions for the pre-wedding events and the wedding day come to life brought tears to my eyes because Ivet and Fatima made everything more stunning than I could have even imagined. Seeing over a year of planning come to fruition was a crazy, unforgettable experience, and I am confident that it wouldn’t have been possible without the Momentos team. Ivet and Fatima and everyone on their team truly go above and beyond for their couples, and you can tell. I never felt stressed on our wedding day, or during any of our wedding events, because their whole team is so incredibly prepared and detail oriented. Planning a destination wedding can be challenging and stressful at times, but having a top-tier planning team at your side makes a world of difference! : Our wedding was May 23, 2025 at ACRE. I’ve been stalling writing this review because I want to keep this amazing team all to myself- but I can’t and people deserve the same memorable experience we had so here it is! From the very first consultation, Fatima made us feel at ease. She was transparent, listened carefully to our vision and immediately came up with thoughtful, creative ideas to bring it all to life- all with being considerate of our budget (which when planning a wedding is obviously a main focus, right?). Planning a wedding is a lot- planning a destination wedding adds a little extra layer of challenges but we felt none of that with this team. We are based in southern California, our hotel block was at Hilton Los Cabos and our wedding venue was the outstanding ACRE. From day one Fatima was incredibly organized and on it. The planning platform used (Aisle Planner) is a Type-A person's dream come true (like myself); it allows you to keep track of timelines, budget/payments, visions boards, guests/seating, etc. The checklists and reminders were life-savers and Fatima always seemed to be three steps ahead. It truly is a tool that assists in making the entire planning process smooth. What truly stood out was how much heart Fatima puts into her work and passion for her clients. She also has excellent relationships with vendors she worked with for our wedding- which I think says a lot about her reputation and work ethic. She was always accessible, calm and patient. My husband and I had a “non-traditional” wedding; we had no wedding party/family-oriented customs; Fatima always reassured me whenever stress started creeping in, and always made me/us feel supported and cared for. Not only did Fatima and the team at Momentos plan our wedding, the team assisted in organizing welcome drinks at the Hilton Los Cabos the night before the wedding as well as cabanas for the recovery pool day after. On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly—we were able to relax and truly enjoy every moment knowing Fatima and Iveta had everything under control. Everything just flowed. It was effortless. Our team  handled every detail behind the scenes so that we could be fully present and just enjoy the moment with our guests on our special day. It felt like having a trusted friend by our side every step of the way. We are forever grateful for everything they did to make our wedding such a joyful, stress-free, and unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who will go above and beyond, book Momentos. I wish we could give ten stars to Momentos - their team is the best in the business. I am not sure where to start, we truly had such an amazing experience working with Momentos planning our dream wedding in Cabo. The work they showcased on their social media is initially what drew us to their services and then from the moment we met Ivet and Fatima, they had such amazing energy. I can’t imagine going through the process of planning a wedding in Cabo without the Momentos team! We worked closely with Ivet for a little over a year and she helped us bring our dream wedding to life. The creativity, organization, professionalism, and relationships Ivet has with vendors in Cabo are invaluable. Ivet brought our vision for each wedding event to life - but she somehow made everything even more beautiful than what we could have imagined. Ivet makes her clients feel taken care of at all times and despite her busy schedule, she makes you feel like her only client. Her kindness and positivity is contagious. Planning a wedding (let alone a wedding in another country) felt overwhelming to us before we found Momentos, but Ivet and the Momentos team made the entire process enjoyable and manageable for us. We had the opportunity to meet frequently via zoom, exchange texts often, and we also went to visit in Cabo during the planning process. Our trip was the first glimpse at the relationships and magic Momentos was working for us. Fast forward to our wedding weekend - we were once again blown away by Ivet, Fatima and the entire team at Momentos. They took care of every single detail so we could truly just enjoy the wedding weekend! There was not a single item Ivet didn’t handle for us that week. Ivet stays calm, cool, and collected at all times and you can 100% trust her. On the night of our first wedding weekend event, the rehearsal dinner and welcome party, we got our first glimpse of the magic Momentos created in real life! The flowers, decor, and every single detail blew us (and our guests) away. On wedding day, it was no different! We were brought to tears with the magic they created for us. During the wedding day, their team was with us the entire day and night making sure we were staying on schedule and had everything we could need. In true Momentos fashion - they went above and beyond with this tending to our every need. We were so impressed with everything they managed behind the scenes and how much they coordinated. I am still speechless about how our vision came to life and the team we had behind us to make it all happen! Looking back on the whole process, I can say with confidence our wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without the Momentos team. We are endlessly grateful for the magic they created for us and how fun & seamless they made the entire process! Not only that, but we have gained friends for life in their team and we are going to miss Ivet so much. If you are planning a destination wedding, I assure you that Momentos is the team you need. We met planners from all over the country while planning our destination wedding — but Fatima and Saray from Momentos Weddings? They were something different. From the very first conversation, we didn’t just feel taken care of — we felt seen. They didn’t just listen to our vision — they amplified it. Every detail, every moment, every surprise… they made magic happen. Fatima has connections everywhere in Cabo — but more importantly, she has heart. She found things we didn’t even know were possible: a private yacht party, a sunset dinner at El Arco that felt like a movie, and even handled hotel coordination like a boss. She worked with us personally, as the owner of the company, never handing us off — and she planned our wedding like we were family. Like it was her own child’s. I won’t speak on every planner out there, but I will say this: if you’re planning a wedding in Mexico and don’t choose Fatima, you’re missing out on someone who lives and breathes this work — not for the optics, but for the love. She may not look like the other planners with the trendy Instagram feeds, but trust me — you want the planner who actually makes it happen. That’s Fatima. That’s Saray. I would love to thank Momentos and most importantly my planner, Ivet for creating the most magical day our lives! Words cannot explain how thankful I am to have worked with Ivet and how easy she made planning a wedding in another country. When friends and family would ask am I stressed out about the wedding, I would say absolutely not because the process was so smooth and I had complete trust in Ivet on making our dreams come true. Ivet dealt with vendors on our behalf, listened to our needs and wants, and was always attentive and responsive. We stayed in communication constantly regarding budget, seating arrangements (which were made easy by Momentos planning website) and vendor choices. I would always ask Ivet for her opinion and I knew I can trust her because she is spectacular at what she does! The wedding day was organized to perfection and Ivet made sure everything was running smoothly. We booked Momentos in 2023. Wedding Date: October, 2024 The initial hunt for a wedding planner for a destination wedding was rough. As someone based in California, I did not know the first thing about planning a wedding in Mexico. We scheduled calls with other planners but none gave me the confidence I needed in order to commit.  When I met Fatima and the Momentos team, I instantly knew we found the right planner! Fatima is friendly, smart, and has the connections in the Cabo area to ensure that your event will be executed beyond expectations. Our Lead planner was Ivet. Ivet is not only an amazing planner, but from the beginning was so nice and easy to work with. Ivet my point of contact throughout the last year of planning. She put my mind at ease through our monthly zoom planning sessions, via text when I had silly questions or ideas or if she needed to clear anything up. We would hop on an impromptu call if needed. There was never a time I felt throughout the planning process that we were not on the same page. Most importantly, because I’m someone who didn’t exactly know what I wanted, but gave “vibes” for my wedding inspiration, Ivet gave ideas, and accepted feedback without hesitation. The Momentos team executed flawlessly.  Nothing was too stupid to ask, or clear up and the reason I kept dancing the entire night of my wedding  was because I knew she was making sure everything was PERFECT. And it was!  Ivet, from the bottom of my heart, thank you!! Not only was I able to focus on my guests and my husband on my wedding day, but guests continue to tell me how seamless and perfect everything went during our wedding week. This is thanks to the amazing staff at Momentos. People repeatedly said to me this was the best wedding they've ever attended.
