Julia and Sam chose Cabo Pulmo, a remote fishing village surrounded by nature and completely off the typical wedding circuit. At the time, the village had just one small shop—and they had 150 guests arriving from abroad. We had to anticipate absolutely everything:
- Ensuring the local shop was fully stocked for any last-minute guest needs.
- Coordinating food, water, and beverage supply in a location with limited infrastructure.
- Bringing in electricity and lighting, since the town runs on solar power.
- Planning activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, paddleboarding, and hiking.
It wasn’t just a multi-day wedding—it was a fully immersive experience of love and nature. It remains a beautiful reminder of what’s possible when creativity, logistics, and heart come together.
