This, without a doubt, has been one of the funniest weddings we have organized. Nothing compares to the energy the guests bring into the equation, and of course, Megan and Mike’s hilarious personalities were instrumental. From the beginning, Megan and Mike were clear that the guests had to have a phenomenal time during the entire experience of their destination wedding. Los Cabos is an incredible place to create a stylish, original, and creative celebration with happenings that can add magic to the whole formula of that “I do”.

Both families were very creative, and both came up with the perfect ideas to make this wedding a success.
Barb, Michael’s mom, oversaw the planning of the welcome party and we had: mariachis, stilts welcoming the guests, a super good karaoke, and the decoration inspired by Mexico. The Mexican food feast could not be left out, obviously.

The inspiration for this destination wedding in Los Cabos was based on a garden style with classic, elegant touches and the presence of hanging lamps to create a cozy atmosphere. As expected, the ceremony with the beach in the background was one of the epic moments of the wedding.

If you are thinking of getting married in a paradisiacal destination, a great idea is to choose a barefoot ceremony to have a more casual vibe. Now, if you choose this option, don’t forget to design a “shoe valet” so that all your guests have a space to store their shoes.

Megan and Mike’s entrance to the reception was impressive. The venue (Fiesta Americana Los Cabos) has two stairs on the sides, so they decided to enter through them and meet in the center of the dance floor. Another of the magical moments of this garden-style wedding in Los Cabos was the bride’s dance with her father, a multifaceted happening with her own personality. Michael and Barb sang and danced to the rhythm of “La Vida Loca”, Barb wore a blue wig with lights that turned on and off. Super fun!

Regarding the decoration, in addition to the elegant and timeless atmosphere of this destination wedding in Los Cabos, Megan and Mike also chose to add “the wig bar”, a wig station for the guests that, without a doubt, marked the fun of the event the whole party. On top of that, the Cabo Strings duet with the DJ was the best way to start the reception.
