Can I send items from the U.S. to include in the bags?
Absolutely. Personal or branded items can be shipped to us and seamlessly integrated into the final presentation. Additional fees apply for receiving, storage, customs coordination (if required), and handling.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We coordinate delivery to hotels, villas, and venues throughout Los Cabos, taking care of all logistics so you don’t have to.
What’s the minimum quantity?
Welcome experiences typically begin at 15 bags, depending on the design, contents, and level of customization.
How far in advance should I confirm my welcome experience?
We recommend confirming at least 3–4 weeks before your event to allow time for sourcing, customization, and coordination.
I’m traveling to Los Cabos for a site visit and would like to personally shop some items. Can you store and assemble them for my Welcome Experience?
Yes, we’re happy to do so. Items purchased locally or brought during your visit can be stored, assembled, and integrated into your welcome experience. Separate fees apply for storage, assembly, and final delivery logistics.
