Like every celebration, this “I DO” made us fully commit to the process of creating, designing, and transforming a day into a series of memorable moments that we are thrilled to share with you today.

Love Story
Brianna and Alec met in Cancun during spring break 2018, when they were college seniors. They connected on the last day of the trip and have been inseparable ever since. Throughout their four years together, they always said they would marry in Mexico, the place where they first met.

From the start, planning this destination wedding in Los Cabos was an exciting opportunity to begin a new chapter in their story.
The Proposal
They were on a ski trip with Brianna’s sister and her husband. Brianna thought the trip was planned at the last minute, but had no idea Alec had been organizing a marriage proposal for months! On their last night, they went to dinner in the village. Brianna thought they were heading to a table, but Alec led her to a romantic terrace decorated with petals everywhere. That’s where he proposed.

The Planning Process of a Garden-Themed Wedding
When we started planning this garden-style destination wedding in Los Cabos, Brianna told us she wanted a classic but fresher, more relaxed wedding. The location and the sea were to inspire everything, making the look grounded, casual, and uncomplicated, yet luxurious and charming —as our work is known to be.
Brianna and Alec were a dream couple to work with. Brianna is spontaneous, caring, friendly, intelligent, kind, and beautiful, while Alec is polite, chivalrous, friendly, and reserved. It was essential for us from the start to integrate their personalities into the wedding design, and we did just that! Together, they are a beautiful couple, truly in love, fun, and very affectionate!
We love working closely with the couple and getting their input, so this planning was intense but very rewarding. Brianna’s attention to detail and perfectionism are traits we admire, and combined with our attention to detail and professionalism, we made a great team.
Our favorite moments are always the visits, being able to see the couple in person, feel their vibe, hear how they envision their wedding day and do trials. This is the perfect opportunity to get even more excited as the big day approaches. For them, the wedding’s aesthetics, good food, delicious drinks, guest comfort, and floral design were priorities to create a destination wedding like no other. With that in mind, we worked to transform their day into a setting full of enchanting memories.
The Details
For Brianna, it was crucial to get married by the beach, but not on the sand, so a terrace was the perfect choice. Privacy was also important, so we opted for the Imperial Suite at the Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos, a stunning space that met all the couple’s needs. This private suite has its own garden, a terrace, and offers a spectacular ocean view. Brianna and Alec fell in love with the venue as soon as they saw it.
Part of the festivities, the celebrations began with a welcome party for their guests at the Fairway Terrace, a terrace overlooking the sea and the Cabo del Sol golf course.

There, guests enjoyed two hours of canapés with crispy fried tacos, guacamole, and salpicón tostadas, an open bar, and music by Alex DJ, who got everyone dancing.
After the welcome party, the couple and their closest family, along with the bridal party, enjoyed a private dinner on a terrace with views of the sea and the rest of the property —a spectacular sight!
For the after-party, the couple invited their friends and family to continue celebrating at the property’s Lemon Bar, welcoming them with a screen displaying both their names. The bride looked stunning in a more casual second wedding dress.
The next day, the farewell took place on a catamaran, where they enjoyed the sea, took the iconic photo at the Arch, had lunch on board, and enjoyed an open bar.
The I DO
For the wedding’s aesthetics, we used a color palette with ochre and white as the main shades. The standout elements of the decor included: the maraca wall that served as the seating chart, the long chocolate-colored wooden pathway leading to the altar, and the off-white personalized dance floor that matched the tables.
The music was also enchanting. For the ceremony exit, Brianna and Alec chose an acoustic guitar version of The Office theme song. For their first dance as newlyweds, nothing better than Beat of the Music by Brett Eldredge.
Regarding food, we know that getting married in Cabo means fresh food, seafood, and delicious fruity cocktails, so we were inspired by this to base the menu on seafood, with the signature dish being a delicious scallop salad dressed with mango mayonnaise and habanero chili.
The main courses included a fish fillet cooked with lemon and tamarind, beef steak with achiote sauce, and jeera rice with curry vegetables as a vegetarian option. The wedding cake was a delight: red velvet with cream cheese filling and cream cheese covering.

The signature drinks were Lime Mezcalita: Tequila, Agave, Lime & Chili Rim, designed by him, and Aperol Spritz: Prosecco, Aperol, Splash of Soda Water & Orange Garnish, designed by her.
