There is always a special excitement when speaking with couples interested in our services. From the moment the screen lit up and Viktorija and I connected on our first Discovery Call, it felt immediate — like we had known each other for much longer. In that conversation, I listened to everything she envisioned and needed, and the connection was instant. We started working together quickly, and it became clear right away that she is a charming bride — kind, warm, and an absolute joy to work with.
The Planning of a Boho Elegant Wedding
From the beginning, Viktorija and Jacob’s vision was clear: boho elegance with natural textures, warm tones, and a refined finish. To bring it to life, they traveled to Los Cabos for an inspection trip.
For every couple, we design a personalized agenda that covers the essentials: a walkthrough of the wedding venue and the additional event locations, a full design mock-up, hair and makeup trials, and a curated food and wine tasting. The goal is always to optimize their time and ensure they leave feeling confident, inspired, and excited about their celebration.
With Viktorija and Jacob, this preparation created clarity and anticipation — they could already see their wedding weekend taking shape. They walked through Sunset Monalisa and the event spaces, experienced their menu selections firsthand, and visualized every design element through a mock-up. This gave them peace of mind and the excitement of knowing that their guests would soon live the same experience.
The Celebration Journey
Welcome Party – Craft by Grupo Rosa Negra
The celebration began with a vibrant welcome party at Craft by Grupo Rosa Negra, one of Cabo’s most stylish dining experiences. Known for its chic atmosphere, high-energy vibe, and signature cocktails, Craft was the perfect place to kick off the weekend. The setting combined modern elegance with a festive spirit, and guests immediately felt the excitement of what was to come.
Getting Ready – ME Cabo by Meliá
On the wedding morning, Viktorija shared a serene and intimate getting-ready session with her closest friends at ME Cabo by Meliá, a chic beachfront resort on Médano Beach. The property is renowned for its modern, artistic ambiance and bright oceanfront suites, which offer a stunning backdrop for pre-wedding moments. Natural light flooded the space, making every detail — from the bridal bouquet to the champagne toast — feel elevated and photo-perfect.
Another advantage of this hotel is its vibrant culinary scene. Within the property, guests can enjoy several restaurants by Grupo Rosa Negra, including Funky Geisha, Taboo, and Craft. For Viktorija and Jacob, this created the perfect balance: they could return to their hotel and enjoy additional celebrations without needing to move far. These restaurants are famous not only for their creative menus, but also for their built-in entertainment — live shows, music, and performances that turn every dinner into an experience.
The Ceremony – Sunset Monalisa
The heart of the celebration unfolded at Sunset Monalisa, one of Los Cabos’ most iconic wedding venues. Perched on a cliffside with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, it is world-renowned for its breathtaking sunset ritual that pauses the entire restaurant each evening.
For Viktorija and Jacob, this setting created a wedding ceremony space where the horizon itself became part of the design. Organic florals framed the altar without blocking the view, while live strings performed each song with emotion. Guests were welcomed with guava mocktails — a personal touch inspired by Jacob’s favorite fruit. As the sun dipped into the sea and the ritual began, the entire terrace erupted in cheers for the couple, marking a moment of pure Cabo magic.

After the ceremony, guests moved seamlessly into cocktail hour at the Occidente Terrace. Baja Strings transitioned to a modern, upbeat set as the sky shifted into shades of pink and gold. The couple shared a private, emotional moment on the upper terrace, while their guests celebrated with cocktails and the ocean breeze.
Dinner Reception – Sunset Monalisa Terraces
As the evening continued, the terraces transformed into a candlelit dream. Guests described the atmosphere as “Santorini by the sea,” with layered terraces, ocean breeze, and a design that blended boho textures with refined elegance. Heartfelt speeches added laughter and tears, while a gourmet dinner highlighted Cabo’s culinary artistry. It was intimate, elevated, and perfectly in tune with the couple’s vision.
The Party – Upper Terrace
Just as dessert ended, the celebration reached its peak. Viktorija and Jacob shared their first dance, and as the last notes faded, the sky erupted in fireworks — a breathtaking highlight that left everyone in awe.
And then the entertainment took the night to another level. A live percussionist burst onto the dance floor, his rhythm pulling guests in with every beat. Suddenly, stilt performers in shimmering mirror suits with glowing LED wings appeared above the crowd, reflecting the lights and energy all around. The terrace became a dazzling stage of rhythm, movement, and pure joy. The energy was contagious — guests danced until midnight, swept up in the magic of Cabo.
After Party – Taboo Los Cabos
The celebration continued at Taboo Los Cabos, an iconic waterfront spot by Grupo Rosa Negra. Known for its high-energy vibe, champagne sparklers, live shows, and a resident DJ, it was the perfect setting to close the night. Guests moved seamlessly from the elegance of Sunset Monalisa to the electric rhythm of Taboo, where the dance floor stayed alive until late.
The atmosphere felt glamorous yet playful, giving everyone one more unforgettable memory before the weekend ended.
