Where minimalism meets emotion, and every detail is deeply personal.
Some weddings are large and full of movement. Others—like Amber and Justin’s Elopement at The Cape—are about being present, slowing down, and truly celebrating what matters. Their elopement in Los Cabos was calm, meaningful, and completely personal.
A Day Designed With Intention
Amber and Justin wanted a wedding day that felt peaceful and beautiful from the inside out. They stayed at The Cape, a place they loved for its view, textures, and overall aesthetic. The architecture and design matched their minimal and refined style.
The morning began quietly with breakfast for two, followed by a private yoga session for Amber in her suite. She wanted time to connect with herself before everything started, and that moment of stillness set the tone for the rest of the day.
Hair and makeup were also planned intentionally. Amber did a full trial the day before, so she could feel confident and relaxed on the wedding day. Even in a small celebration, feeling radiant and true to herself was a priority.

This elopement at The Cape was carefully planned. We had short, focused planning calls over several months, reviewing ideas, refining the budget, and building an experience with intention. A detailed timeline ensured structure while allowing for a full presence.
The Ceremony
Their symbolic ceremony took place on a beach next to The Cape. There was no altar or decorative setup —just the ocean, the breeze, and the two of them. A moment that felt intimate and grounded.
Diego Vidal from Los Cabos Minister officiated with warmth and presence. A single violinist played songs chosen by the couple. Amber walked to “Automatic (Kasbo Remix)” by Zhu & AlunaGeorge starting at 1:09. After the vows, “Something Just Like This” by The Chainsmokers & Coldplay played as they walked together.
It was emotional, intentional, and beautifully their own.
The Bouquet
The design embraced minimalism with impact. There was no need for added decor—the natural beauty of Los Cabos was the perfect setting. The light, the sound of the sea, the textures of the landscape—all of it was part of the aesthetic.
Amber’s bouquet was the only floral piece, and it became a central visual element. I designed it using phalaenopsis, cymbidium, and dendrobium orchids, along with lisianthus, roses, and mini mayolica roses. Elegant, soft, and structured—it brought beauty and movement to every scene.

To make it even more special, Justin had arranged a surprise. After the wedding, we delivered the bouquet to Hive at Flora Farms, where it was transformed into a custom perfume. A fragrance they could carry as a living memory of the day.
The Photography Experience
For Amber and Justin, photography wasn’t just part of the day—it shaped the entire experience. They wanted to capture not only how it looked, but how it felt.
They were inspired by the aesthetic of The Cape, characterized by clean architecture, natural materials, shadows and light, and the contrast between structure and nature. The locations they chose for portraits were intentional. Each space highlighted a different mood, tone, or texture.
The team from MC created a visual story that felt cinematic, timeless, and sincere. Their gallery reflects connection, quiet sophistication, and a love for detail.

A Private Dinner at Manta
After the ceremony and portraits, Amber and Justin concluded their day with a private dinner at Manta Restaurant, the signature restaurant by renowned Mexican chef Enrique Olvera. They selected a private area within the restaurant reserved especially for them, offering intimacy and an elevated ambiance.
The décor was elegant and intimate—candlelight, thoughtful table styling, and natural tones that complemented the atmosphere of the day. The ambiance was understated and elevated: candlelight, a champagne fountain, and a beautifully set table for two.
The dinner kept the same feeling as the rest of the day—intentional and calm. They had their own private space within Manta, surrounded by soft lighting, elegant touches, and a setting that felt completely theirs.
Every part of the dinner was personal. Nothing felt rushed or scripted. Just the two of them, enjoying each other’s company, surrounded by design and atmosphere that reflected the essence of their celebration.

A Wedding That Felt Like Them
This was a fully personalized celebration—crafted with care, emotion, and clarity. Every choice reflected who they are and what they value.
Amber and Justin created space for what matters: connection, intention, and beauty. And we were honored to help bring that vision to life.
Minimal. Impactful. Exactly as they imagined it.
