The experience of designing this wedding was unique from start to finish. Sophie and Miles wanted the entire experience to be focused on them as a couple, but also on their guests. We created a different and original wedding at Hotel San Cristobal Todos Santos, a destination full of good vibes and details that conquer at the slightest provocation.
This wedding was planned in just 6 months. The Zoom calls were very constant and from the beginning, we made sure that all the details and planning times were more than perfect.
Hotel San Cristobal Todos Santos: a good dose of inspo
We knew that Sophie and Miles were looking to have a completely different wedding, so we focused on designing unique experiences, in different locations and with delicious food for all the guests.
To achieve a unique style we were inspired by the aesthetics of the Hotel San Cristobal Todos Santos, specifically in the cannery (an abandoned packing house), which became the best setting to bring this wonderful love story to life.
We paid a lot of attention to the details, the decoration, and how to achieve a unique atmosphere. When we met Sophie, she came up with a very defined color palette for her wedding, in which tones like green, salmon, nude colors, and ivory were the protagonists. We loved the idea and with that combination, we managed to bring this original wedding to life at Hotel San Cristobal Todos Santos.
Planning an unconventional destination wedding
Sophie and Miles had as a priority that the guests enjoy an unparalleled experience, for which we created different happenings in which they could learn more about the destination and feel part of such a special celebration.
Everyone enjoyed a welcome party at Oystera, a beautiful location in Todos Santos. In addition to the wedding day being simply exceptional, the cocktail party featured espresso martinis, a drink that Miles specially ordered.
During the wedding, Miles projected some slides as a surprise presentation for Sophie, a lovely moment!
The reception and party were planned to end at 1 in the morning and the after party lasted until 3 am!
To choose the right venue we were inspired by Sophie and Miles’ expectations. They wanted an exclusive and private space, where they could have all the comforts to celebrate each phase of this different and original wedding in Todos Santos. Hotel San Cristobal Todos Santos was the perfect fit for this lovely couple!
Hotel San Cristóbal Todos Santos is a dream place and has ideal spaces to celebrate spectacular weddings. The cannery was perfect for the wedding area, the plaza brought everyone together outside the church for the ceremony and, in addition, they were able to have special spots for a pool party and a BBQ the day after the wedding.

Sophie and Miles wanted to offer a completely unconventional destination wedding, far from Los Cabos, but with all the exclusive services.
The Menu: a delight for the guests’ palates
To delight the palates of all the guests we had exquisite menus.
During the rehearsal dinner, guests tried shrimp popcorn, grilled cauliflower with chili marinated and grilled pepper sauce, fish croquetas, Rockefeller oysters, and raw mini tostadas.
For cocktail hour, nothing better than Rib Eye with mole and chimichurri, cucumber and shrimp, tomato and cheese crostini, and green ceviche tostada.
The wedding menu featured a raw station with fresh oysters with watermelon, ponzu oysters, and wakame seaweed salad. The dishes were: New York Strip Steak accompanied with Truffle Smashed Potatoes and Chimichurri, Catch of the Day with Pistachio Mole, Vegan Option: Sweet potato flautas accompanied with Black Beans, toasted pumpkin seeds and mixed greens. Churros, wedding cake, and a coffee station were part of the dessert options.

Sophie and Miles designed delicious signature drinks:
Sophie: The Mauna Loa (mezcal, white tequila, grapefruit, jalapeño and coriander).
Miles: The Whitechapel (Vodka, St. Germain, strawberry, aromatic herbs, lemon).
Without a doubt, one of my favorite moments of this wedding was the calls and the excitement of planning a wedding in such a short time. We were fortunate that both were very active in the planning and each one was very clear about their tasks.

Miles also had a surprise painting, made by a local artist from Todos Santos, we put this up at the entrance of the ceremony as a surprise for Sophie and she LOVED it!
Although designing destination weddings is our expertise, this destination wedding in Todos Santos fascinated us with the idea of doing something outside of Los Cabos and with the charm and cool of a magical town. Everything was perfect!
